We can’t have floor vents in Florida cuz there’s no basements. Most A/c units are in the garage or in the attic so it’s much easier to run the vents out from the ceiling. Some of the older cracker style homes had crawl spaces but that was long before central air conditioners became popular.

I hardly think people stop wearing clothes when retired. I assume you’re not working and therefore don’t generate the amount of dirty clothes working people do. Also they seem to wear the same clothes all the time. Anyway that’s a giant load of laundry for them so Pearl must only do laundry once a week or so.

So what! Long as you continue to wake up on the green side of the grass I’d call it a win.Yeah I’m old too but I’m still healthy and enjoy my days. In my head I’m still young.

My wife has beautiful long hair which I love and she wears it both down and up or in a ponytail. My theory about women’s hair is as they age they keep cutting it shorter and shorter becoz they’re too lazy to take care of it. I don’t think they realize that looking like a pinhead is not appealing and makes them look older.

What a doofus! the pitcher explained that to you already and you still did it
