Instead of actual bookmarks because why not?

Shouldn’t Garfield be eating the bacon rather than using it as a bookmark?

Not sure I would ever let the bacon stay around long enough to be used as a bookmark. I am kind of surprised Garfield did.

I had 2 pieces of chicken fried bacon the other day. Strips of bacon battered and fried with a side of cream gravy. It wasn’t bad, but I can’t say it would be a favorite. My wife and I were given a few slices to try as an appetizer.

I have a cookbook that’s falling apart because of all the bookmarks I have in it (not bacon, thankfully). However, it’s almost a half century old, so I guess it’s justified.

I misread the title at first. It’s not a “male chicken” book.

Why bacon? Because donuts are too big.

Next time, Garfield, use something less greasy.

Garfield used Turkey bacon as book marks and eat the real bacon bacon. Turkey bacon is only good for book marks as it is not real bacon bacon.

Being diagnosed with Hypertension, I’m supposed to avoid salt and fat. When it comes to bacon, I just have to close my eyes and pretend I’m eating something healthy.

Bacon used as a bookmark. Words that make librarians world-wide cringe in unison.

Besides that, most of your dishes wind up being very greasy so the cookbook must call for grease.

OK gotta admit, that’s not something you can do on a Kindle.

When I worked in a bookstore we sold laminated bookmarks that looked like a one dollar bill. It sold for two dollars. One dad told his daughter who wanted one “Why don’t you just use a real dollar bill?”
