The DOJ has been weaponized against the American people and the opponents of the Democratic Regime. Biden is no better than Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Castro and other despots. Probably won’t be long before he wants to round people up and send them to concentration camps. Sending them to ‘prison’ is just the first step.

Garland’s biggest problem is that he has not moved quickly enough against the orange evil. If this were an actual just country, Diaper Don would already be in prison for many years to come.

A summary: rich guy does whatever he wants, gets charged; supplicants have contest to see how how low they can kowtow.

Meanwhile, how many innocent citizens are in jail because they can’t even make bail? That is the real middle finger of our justice system.

If you know of a crime, investigate, indict, have a trial, and prove it. Otherwise, you have nothing.

Here’s a question Mr. Kelly. Is the President above the law?

It would appear that Mr. Trump had an affair with a porn star and tried to cover it up during the 2016 election. The people involved will testify that he did and successfully paid the porn star off. If they can produce sufficient evidence that happened, should the NYC DA ignore it?

Mr Trump’s real estate business committed fraud. Should the NY State DA ignore it?

Mr. Trump did pressure Georgia officials to “find votes” so he could win there. Doing so is against Georgia state law. Should Georgia prosecutors ignore that?

Mr. Trump retained classified documents past his time in office. That is not necessarily a crime. However, when asked to return them, Mr. Trump refused and then, apparently, lied about what he had and attempted to deceive the government about it. That is a crime. Should we ignore it?

Mr. Trump and his associates plotted to stall the certification of a Presidential election and over turn the results. Stoking an angry mob was part of that. Should the Department of Justice ignore that?

If your answer to any of this is Mr. Trump should not be held accountable then you have to stop calling him a president, but call him a king. Kings are above the law, not presidents.

ya right… let’s see… used campaign funds to pay a porn star…stole top secret docs then lied about it, hid them and had others try to flood them out……coerced a georgia gov to ‘find’ 11,780 votes or he’d have the law sicked on him… inflated his land worth to cheat the state…. 88 felony indictment… all self induced…. and they are just as fake as the 27 women who say he sexually abused them…everyone is bad cept you and your pu$$y grabbing hero… go covfefe yourself, stevie…

lol… don’t be mad at Garland… don’t do crime. Or if you think the crimes hes charged with shouldn’t be crimes then be mad at congress who makes the laws… I would think the party of Law and Order would want to see a violator of those laws held accountable. Or is that only when the violator is someone you don’t like? … hilarious.

trump fell asleep in court today. He might not take Biden’s title of president, but he can take that “sleepy” title he tried to hang on Biden.

As much as the pillow guy smooches trump’s buttock, you’d think this would be the one time he showed up for him.

Why doesn’t Kelly just draw a cartoon of Orange Jesus sitting on a throne next to Putin and XI, immune from all prosecution? This is what Kelley is saying with this drawing, that OJ is immune from all business laws, criminal laws, likely laws of nature, just because he is OJ.
