The mission statement is the easy part. Setting the deadline is the tricky part.

Let’s put a pin in it and circle back to it in our next meeting.

As the fellow from The Daily Dose of Internet videos always says: “Later”.

We’ve all been irritated at one time or another by people who are habitually late. But the habitually early can be every bit as irritating. Make a dinner date with them for 6:00, arrive about 5:55 and you’ll find them already seated, finishing the appetizer and drinks they ordered 30 minutes earlier.

They really should adjourn the meeting to some nebulous future date!

He doesn’t want them to vote on delaying their mission statement, because he’s afraid there might not be enough “Eyes” to pass the motion.

“We’re going to unionize! And until management meets our demands we won’t do any…”

“Oh, wait… We aren’t doing any work now.”

I’m a pro at crastinating.

Of course, the meeting, scheduled for 1900, began right on time at 2030.

Since it is later than it has been, we will adjourn to our next meeting.

“Wait Watchers” – I love it!

Still thinking of that sign in “Kim Possible” that said something like “Procrastinators club—canceled til further notice”

I can’t believe anyone showed up at that meeting. They kept putting it off.

Procrastinators learn to make do with what’s on hand.

“Not now!”

“Also good…”

Proposed mission statement: “Do it right or not at all.”

That seems appropriate, but it happened too soon. Perhaps they should think about some, don’t want to rush things.

The thing about procrastinator jokes is that it is possible for readers to realize that the punchline comes much, much later, if at all.

Procrastinators eventually get around to doing things – usually erasing stuff from their To Do List.
