Yeah, a thief did that to me in Milan. Threw some money on the floor next to me, I felt someone nudging my ankle, I looked down, I was supposed to say “Oh my money” and go for it, but didn’t, just went back to eating. But it was enough time for his accomplice to lift my bag. Grrrr……..
